Woman Sexually Assaulted

A 20-year-old woman's told police she's been sexually assaulted.

It happened on the corner of Mousehold Street and St James Close sometime between 3am and 3.20am on Monday 25 April 2011.

The woman was approached by an unknown man who assaulted her by grabbing her inappropriately. A struggle took place between the two before the offender eventually walked off.

He was described as white, around 5ft 7in tall and of slim build. He was aged in his late 20s to early 30s, had short blond hair and was clean shaven. He had an accent which was possibly Polish and wore light blue jeans, grey pointy shoes and a cream long sleeved shirt with a pale floral pattern on it.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may recognise the description of the man.
