Man Airlifted After A14 Crash

Motorists are being advised to avoid an area of the A14 following a road traffic collision at approximately 10.30am this morning

A vehicle is believed to have been travelling Eastbound on the Westbound Carriageway of the A14 resulting in a collision.

The vehicle, which was travelling in the wrong direction, collided with another vehicle at the Tichmarsh junction of the A14.

The male driver of the initial vehicle has been air lifted by ambulance and taken to Kettering General Hospital.

There are currently no further details on the nature of the injuries.
