Man suffers serious head injuries after assault

Police are appealing for two witnesses to come forward following a serious assault which took place in the early hours of Sunday 6 February.

The assault took place at approximately 2.30am behind Domino's Pizza in St Peters Way Car Park, Northampton.
During the assault, a man received a serious head injury and was taken to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
Two people - a woman with blonde hair and a man with highlighted hair -went to the victim's aid. Police are urging these two witnesses to get in contact.
Two men have been arrested in connection with this incident, and are currently on police bail pending further inquiries.
