Two Men Attacked By Up To Fifteen People

Two men have been attacked by a group of up to fifteen people in Kingsthorpe.

Police are appealing for witnesses after the assault which took place on Sunday 7th April in Boughton Green Road.

It happened near the Krates Store, at around 12.25am, when two men, aged 18 and 42, were leaving the shop.

As they left the premises they were verbally abused and then assaulted by a group of between 10 and 15 people.

The 18-year-old received facial injuries during the incident that required hospital treatment.

The group of offenders are believed to be aged between 18 and early 20s and included men and women.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have any information regarding it.
