A horse that has been trained in the North East is out of the Grand National.
Carlito Brigante, from The Byerley Stud in Northumberland, has been found to be lame and can't take part tomorrow.
It will be the first time since 2004 that there won't be a full field of 40 horses in the race.
There is still hope of a winner from the North East, ‘Night In Milan’ has been trained in Saltburn.
