A woman has been sexually assaulted in Albert Park in Middlesbrough.
The woman was jogging around the perimeter path of the park which runs parallel to Park Road South at around 6.30pm yesterday evening when a man approached her from behind and sexually assaulted her.

"We are interested in speaking to any witnesses who may have been in the area of the park, and in particular a man who was also jogging in the park who came to the woman's assistance."
"We would appeal to this man to contact us as he may have information which could assist our enquiries."
"Anyone who may have information regarding the incident or the male responsible is asked to call 101 or Crimestoppers."
The suspect is described as a white male, aged around 25 years old, of slim build, 5ft 8" - 5ft 10" tall.
