Middlesbrough Christmas Wish List on Heart North East

19^th – 30^th November 2014

RULES

1.     The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at heart.co.uk apply to Christmas Wish List TEXT competition ("the Competition") which will run from 6am 19^th November – 1159am 30^th November 2014(“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart North East-South TX

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.     To enter the Competition an Entrant must be 16 years or over. 

Send a text message (starting with the word LIST) with a list of the prizes you would like to win to 82122. These items must be available to purchase from stores within Middlesbrough Town centre, with a total value of up to £500.

Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The Text Message Line will open at 6am on 19^th November 2014 and close at 1159 on 30^th November 2014

To be eligible to win the prize the contestant MUST be at Centre Square in Middlesbrough on Sunday 30^th November 2014 between 1600 – 1715 The winner will be announced by Heart Presenters and MUST be in the crowd at this event to claim the prize.

4.      The winner will be chosen at random from all texts received. And must be in attendance at the event or another winner will then be chosen. 

Eligibility:

5.     Eligible to over 16s only. Employees of Global Radio, Middlesbrough Council or their associated are ineligible to enter.

Prize:

6.     The prize will be provided in the form of a cheque for £500. This will be supplied within 28 days of the end of the competition.
