Heart Breakfast's Angela is running the Cheshire Oaks Chester Half Marathon and would love your support or help with her training.

Well done to everyone who took part in the Cheshire Oaks Chester Half Marathon

Angela was a little sore but extremely pleased with herself for completing her run in 2hours 39mins.

ANGELA'S CHALLENGES

Here are some of the Have a Heart Team who are running with Angela

Spence challenged Angela to sprint round Heart HQ as fast as she could she did it in a minute.

She then ate Beetroot and waited an hour.

And off she sprinted again and nailed the sprint in 50 seconds!

So what have we learnt today people…Beetroot makes you run faster!!!!!!

To keep Angela focused on crossing the finish line this week she endured an hour of Hot Yoga have a listen

Angela's latest challenge was to row up and down the River Dee thanks to the help of Royal Chester Rowing Club
