Fears teen followed in Wirral

It's said to have happened last Saturday night at around 7pm. The teenager claims the vehicle drove behind her on Tee hey Lane.

Police investigating the incident have been telling Heart the girl wasn't hurt and she managed to run home. But she was left shaken by the ordeal.

One of the men was described as being in his 30s of slim build with broad shoulders and around 5ft 11in tall. He was wearing a yellow baggy short sleeved t-shirt, black baseball cap and was wearing leather gloves. Detective Inspector Justin Danher said: "This was clearly an unusual and unsettling experience for this girl."

"We carried out an immediate search of the area as soon as it was reported and enquiries are continuing. "Incidents like this are rare in Bebington but, as a precaution to reassure children and parents uniformed officers will be out and about in the area.
