Now, after having a fundraising branch in Mold for the past 60 years, they want to extend their volunteer fundraising base into Wrexham.

Anne Jackson, Chief Executive of NWCR said: "Our committees are the backbone of the charity and without their support we wont not be able to continue supporting world-class research.

"One in three people are affected by cancer in their lifo so it is essential that we continue to fund world-class research projects into the causes of cancer to better understand the disease."
