"Total care for victims, total war on crime"

The sister of murdered teenager Anthony Walker says she would take a hard line on criminals is she ever becomes Chief Constable.

Dominique Walker joined Merseyside Police three years ago after seeing how the force handled her brothers murder case.

Anthony was killed as he waited at a Huyton bus stop with his girlfriend, two men are serving life sentences for the racist murder.

Now, as Dominique climbs the ranks at the Merseyside Force, she's been telling Heart's Andy Downton about seeing officers investigate his murder, made her want to become an officer.
