A charities asking whether your children would know their first aid skills if they needed to help a freind or relative.
St John Ambulance is urging more children to learn these essential skills early as they're often the only ones around when it comes to helping out.
Welsh Health Minister Lesley Griffths spoke to Heart at the Launch of their latest DVD to inspire more volunteers, she was blew away by what the youngsters had been up to: "Many have travelled the world and those opportunities don't come to children every day of the week.
"It's important for all of us to have first aid skills and the younger the better.
"To be able to go and say that you've saved somebody's life is fantastic."
The RSPCA is looking after a poorly seal pup rescued after getting stuck on rocks at West Kirby Marine Park, in Wirral.
The Manchester Resilience Hub will be focused on helping people directly affected by the terror attack such as those at the Ariana Grande concert, immediate family members and emergency responders.
