Jason’s Strictly journey ends with him in third place while Harry Judd is crowned this year's champion
Jason Donovan: "Stakes getting higher"
Heart's Jason Donovan admits the pressure is growing week on week as Rory Bremner exits the 'Strictly' dancefloor.
Rory and partner Erin Boag were voted off as Nancy Dell'Olio and Anton Du Beke were saved by the public vote. This week Jason scored 27 out of 40 for his paso doble and he says there's just not enough time to make friendships
"There's a lot of people I enjoy spending time with - Harry, Russell, Nancy, Rory - but there is so much anxiety and so much pressure on that Saturday night, it's intense, everyone is in a daze."
Jason admits the pressure is increasing day by day, "I thought after week 3 it would calm down but it doesn't, the stakes get higher, what you saw last week in the show the landscape changed, people started to go. So everyone's saying I don't want to go - people are lifting up their game a lot."
But Jason is loving the 'Strictly' story, "It's a great experience, it's such a great atmosphere in that studio on a Saturday night, it's awesome."
Heart has hit the streets and filmed Jason's supporters sending him their best wishes ahead of this weekend's Strictly finals
