Thursday: Colin Firth awarded CBE

The Oscar-winning actor has been presented with a CBE by the Prince of Wales. The 51-year-old is already Hollywood royalty after winning a host of awards for his portrayal of Prince Charles' grandfather in the King's Speech. The presentation was made in Buckingham Palace's ballroom, where the investiture ceremony was held.
