Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation:
Source, identify and secure new business opportunities
Manage and grow revenue from existing customers

Customer Retention:
Manage all aspects of customer relations to retain and develop their business
Deliver advertising value and results to earn customer loyalty by matching sales to customer needs and selling effective campaigns
Frequently visit new and existing customers as necessary to develop long-term relationships and drive client retention

Internal Focus:
Accurate reporting and forecasting of revenue from identified client base
Accurate information gathering around leads and transferral to Telesales where appropriate
Work productively with sales resource e.g. SPI and Creative

Achieve revenue targets on a monthly basis, generating revenue from new and existing clients

Build and maintain a client list that provides long-term revenue streams
