The "Participating Radio Station" is Heart London.

By participating in the Charity Auction, anyone who takes part (“a Participant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

1. Details of the Auction

1.1 Throughout the Duration, listeners to the Participating Radio Station will be invited to take part in the Charity Auction for a chance to bid for a pair of tickets for the exclusive Michael Buble event on Wednesday 16th November 2011.

1.2 There will be one way to participate in the Charity Auction; by placing bids via the Auction Line (“Bid”).

1.3 To place a Bid each Participant must call the number given out on air (“the Auction Line”) only when directed to do so and only during the specified period.  Calls to the Auction Line number are charged at local rates from a BT landline, other networks and mobile costs may be higher.

1.4 With regards to the Bid, once the item is announced on air, Bids will be taken for a specific period as announced on-air (“Bid Period”). The highest Bid received during the Bid Period will be announced on air to the extent permissible until such time that the Bid has been beaten (if applicable). The highest genuine Bid received from any Participant at the end of the Bid Period will secure the item. Where a Bid is successful, the Participant will be contacted by the Participating Radio Station.

1.5 If at the end of the Bid Period there are two or more active bidders, a final silent bid will be taken from each active bidder, and the highest silent bid will secure the item.

1.6 All Participants must ensure that they are able to pay for any item on which they wish to Bid for.

1.7 Payment for any Bid must be by debit or credit card, and must be completed by midday on Wednesday 16th November 2011.

1.8 The Participating Radio Station’s invitation to listeners to make Bid(s) shall constitute an offer by the Participating Radio Station and: (i) making a Bid on any item; and (ii) the amount to be paid having been deducted from or charged to the Participant’s account; shall constitute the Participant’s acceptance of the offer and consideration.

1.9 Title in the items successfully Bid for shall not pass on to the Participant until such time as payment for the item has been received by the Participating Radio Station.

1.10 All items offered for either the Charity Bid shall be subject to availability and the Participating Radio Station shall not be liable for claims, expenses, costs and or any losses (such as but not limited to profits, indirect, pure economic, consequential or otherwise) or damage (save for death or personal injury arising from negligence) suffered by the Participant.

1.11 All matters relating to the Charity Auction shall be at the sole discretion of the Participating Radio Station and the Global Group.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participants must be over 18 years of age.

2.2 Any person using a telephone which is not his or her own should ask for the permission of the owner of the telephone before calling the Auction Line.

2.3 Notwithstanding that a winning bid has been received or a pledge for an item has been given, if the Global Group or the Participating Radio Station discover before the delivery of any item that for any reason under these Rules or Terms and Conditions the Participant should have been ineligible to engage in the Bid, or that any of the same should have been declared invalid due to any suspect activity, the Global Group reserves the right to reject the bid as applicable. In such circumstances, the Global Group reserve the right to offer the prize to the second highest bidder.

2.4 The actual owner of the credit/debit card must personally provide his/her credit/debit card details on the Auction Line.

2.5 The Global Group and the Participating Radio Station shall not be responsible for any failure on behalf of any Participant whose telephone call is not received by the Global Group or the Participating Radio Station.
