A No. 1 from the 1950s

So it appears we might have our sound of the summer tune. Recent number one on the Big Top 40, Yolanda Be Cool's 'We No Speak Americano'.

I love it, it's catchy and got that awesome retro feel just like we had with Gramaphonedzie 'Why Don't You' from a couple of months back.

The song is a reworking of a 1950s Italian Jazz hit created by a guy called Renato Carosone (don't ask me to pronounce it). Anyway I’ve found the song, have a listen... I think its pretty good in it's original form!

Oh, and keep an eye out for the ice-cool, gum-chewing drummer!
