A man at the centre of a fatal stabbing in a flat was discharged to his family's care without a face-to-face handover by doctors treating his "delusional" behaviour.
£10k Reward Offered Over Teen's Murder
Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to £10,000 for information on the murder of a 17-year-old Scot in Liverpool.
Kevin Wilson was shot in the back shortly after leaving his home in Wavertree on February 7th.
He was found unconscious at the junction of Smithdown Road and Holmes Street at around 8.30pm.
Police officers tried to revive Kevin until paramedics arrived at the scene and he was taken to the Royal University Hospital but he later died of his injuries.
Kevin, who was originally from Scotland, had lived in Carlisle and North London before moving to Liverpool.
Now Crimestoppers has offered the reward of up to £10,000 for information passed to them, which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for Kevin's murder.
