Two people have been charged after police in Edinburgh recovered drugs with a street value of almost £500,000.
Arrest Made Following Man's Death
Police investigating the death of a man following an incident in the Riddrie area of Glasgow have made an arrest.
Albert McDonald, 58, was found with head injuries in Cumbernauld Road on the evening of Monday June 15.
Mr McDonald, from the city's Duke Street, died on the way to hospital.
Police Scotland said a 27-year-old man has been arrested and is being held in custody in connection with the death.
He is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court tomorrow.
A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
