Body Recovered From Falls Of Bruar Gorge After Search Operation

A man's body has been recovered from the water at a gorge in Perth and Kinross following a search operation.

Emergency services were called to the Falls of Bruar near Blair Atholl before 6pm on Wednesday to a report that someone had fallen into the water.

Several people managed to escape from the water but one person could not be found.

The search resumed on Thursday morning and the body of a 19-year-old man was recovered from the Falls.

Police said that his next of kin have been told.
