A former youth football scout has been arrested by police investigating allegations of historical abuse in the sport.
Drugs And Gun Found In Edinburgh
Three people have been arrested after police said they recovered "significant quantities'' of drugs, a firearm and cash from a property in Edinburgh.
Officers made the discovery during a search of an address in Broomfield Crescent yesterday.
Cocaine, diazepam tablets and heroin with a combined estimated value of £140,000 were seized from within the property. A shotgun and a five-figure sum of cash were also discovered, Police Scotland said.
Two men, aged 29 and 32, and a 34-year-old women were arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
They are expected to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Friday.
