A total of 16 attacks were reported to police which involved men in a black Audi A4 shooting at innocent people.
Edinburgh Convenience Store Robberies Probed By Police
Police are investigating three robberies at convenience stores in Edinburgh.
Officers have released CCTV images of a man who may be able to them with their enquires. Anyone who recognises him is asked to come forward.
The incidents happened between 3.45pm and 6.50pm on February 12 at shops in Slateford Road, Comiston Road and Oxgangs Broadway in the south-west of the city
Detective Constable Kevin Walls, from Corstorphine CID, said: ''These were extremely frightening incidents for the staff at the shops involved and we are continuing with our appeal for information in relation to each robbery.
''In addition, we would ask that anyone who can help us identify and trace the male in the CCTV images contacts police immediately.''
The 19-year-old-man, from the Clydebank area, was taken to hospital but later died. He left a nearby property at about 3am.
