Edinburgh Prisoner On Run For 2 Years
Police are hunting a prisoner who has been missing for more than two years.
Graham Stewart, 33, was due to return to HMP Edinburgh on August 19 2014 but failed to do so.
Police are now appealing for information to trace him.
They are warning members of the public not to approach the 33-year-old if they see him but to contact police.
He is described as white, 6ft tall, of muscular build, with short dark brown hair and possibly facial hair.
In a statement police said: "Police Scotland is appealing for information to help trace a man who is subject to a recall to prison notice.
"Graham Stewart from Inishail Road, Glasgow was due to return to HMP Edinburgh on August 19 2014 but failed to do so.
"The 33-year-old has still not presented himself and inquiries are ongoing to locate him.
"Anyone who can assist police with their investigation is asked to come forward.''
Scottish Government waiting-time targets of 18 weeks were missed for 3,666 children in the year to March 2017.
The study found that while some over-60s felt well looked after by prison staff, others were not having their needs met by the system.
We're told it was started deliberately.
