The 54-year-old was arrested on Tuesday and was due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court the following day.
Funeral Held For Tunisia Victims
Hundreds of mourners have gathered to say an emotional farewell to a "devoted'' couple killed in the terror attack in Tunisia.
Scots couple Jim and Ann McQuire were among the 38 people who lost their lives when a gunman opened fire on holidaymakers on a tourist beach in the resort of Sousse two weeks ago.
As a funeral service was held for them in their home town of Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire, their son Stuart said his parents had "lived to enjoy life''.
The couple will be "sorely missed'' by the 32-year-old and his wife Nicola, as well as the wider community in Cumbernauld, he said.
In a family statement, he said: "They were a couple devoted to each other and who lived to enjoy life.
"They spent their lives contributing so much to the community. Through their many interests they made friends and helped many causes within and out with the church.''
He thanked the congregation at Abronhill Parish Church for their support.
"It is overwhelming the support we have had and that so many people have been touched by these tragic circumstances,'' he added.
Some 400 mourners filled the church, where Mr and Mrs McQuire had been active members, while scores of other people stood outside and listened as the service was relayed on loudspeakers.
Speaking ahead of the service, Rev Joyce Keyes said: "The church has been inundated with messages and expressions of support in the form of flowers, cards, emails, prayers and words of comfort both for the McQuire family and for the church community.
"Many people have been touched by the tragic deaths of people enjoying their holiday, even more so when they include folks you know - people from your own community.''
The funeral of Billy and Lisa Graham, who were also killed in the attack, will be held on Monday at Perth Crematorium.
A cast of more than 1,200 people from across the globe performed at Edinburgh Castle in front of the royal duo.
Crews were called to the property in Blochairn Road, Royston, at 3.44am on Thursday.
The award comes as the restaurant makes its first appearance in the book's UK top 50, sitting at number 25 on the list.
