Girls Missing From Park Found Safe

Two girls who went missing from a Glasgow park have been traced.

Lilly McLaughlin-Clear, 14, from Castle Douglas, and Nicole Crossley, 16, from Gartcosh, disappeared from Springburn Park at around 4pm on Tuesday.

They were known to have travelled to Edinburgh.

Police, who had appealed for the public's help to trace the teenagers, today confirmed they have been found "safe and well''.
