Three masked men ransacked a house in Glasgow after threatening the occupants with what is believed to be a gun.

The incident happened at a property in the Robroyston area at about 11.45pm on Tuesday.

None of the occupants - a man aged 27 and two women aged 19 and 47 - were injured.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Three men went to a house and threatened the occupants with what is believed to be a firearm.

"They were all wearing dark clothing and balaclavas, and made off in a dark-coloured Audi. Nothing was taken, they just went in and threatened them.''

Inquiries are under way at the home, which remained sealed off on Wednesday.
