OAP charged in Fife over suspicious package

An elderly woman has been charged after a suspicious package was delivered to a police station.

The incident happened on Tuesday January 17 in Levenmouth, Fife.

Police said a 72-year-old woman has been charged and will appear in court at a later date.

It is understood the item was of no risk to the wider public.
