Teenager Found Dead In Erskine Named By Police

A teenager whose body was found in Renfrewshire has been named by police.

Owen MacDonald, 16, was discovered on ground adjacent to Rashielee Avenue in Erskine at 5.40am on Sunday.

Police Scotland said the teenager's relatives have been informed of his death which is being treated as unexplained.

In online tributes, he's being described as a "lovely boy" who'll be "sadly missed".
