Frankie & Benny’s ‘Call in Pronto’ Competition on Heart Scotland, July/August, 2014
RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/glasgow/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘[Frankie & Benny’s ‘Call in Pronto’]’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from [15.07.14] to [01.08.14] on [Heart, Scotland].
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 0345 7414 313 (the “Telephone Line”). Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The Telephone Line will open when the Frankie and Benny's 'alarm' goes off
All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
Each day from Monday-Friday on the drive time show between 4.30pm-5.00pm there will be an alarm that goes off. When the alarm rings the Drive time Presenter will announce to the listeners to ‘Call in Pronto’ to win a meal for their family at Frankie & Bennys.
The Drive time Presenter will put 30 seconds on the clock & will bring as many callers to air as possible to win the meal….for example: okay what’s your name – congratulations Gary Taylor from Livingston you’ve won, stay on the line, next what’s your name….my name is Tara Cunningham….congratulations Tara from Glasgow, you’ve won a meal for your family too, stay on the line and we’ll take your details….etc’.
The winners will be determined by being brought to air.
Eligibility:
Age restriction is over 18’s only
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
The prize is a voucher worth £50 redeemable at any Frankie & Benny’s restaurant in Scotland (excluding airports) until 30th November 2014.Voucher will enable the winner to purchase 4 x 2 Course Pronto Menus and 4 x Unlimited Soft Drinks Refills. Voucher can be redeemed Monday to Friday between 11a.m. and 6:30p.m. Voucher not valid in conjunction with 25% off Monday Madness Promo (Mondays after 5p.m.)Voucher must be surrendered on redemption, no change will be given and is not valid for re-sale. Refillable soft drinks choices include Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, R Whites Lemonade or Tango Orange.
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
