Beyoncé Knowles has reportedly employed six nannies to help take care of her baby girl Blue Ivy.

The 30-year-old singer and her rapper hubby Jay-Z want to leave nothing to chance with their first child. They reportedly have two care givers on call at all times.

The baby may be less than a month old but she is already living a life fit for a little princess.

'Beyoncé wanted to make sure that her daughter has the best care,' an insider reportedly divulged. 'Her diaper is changed almost every hour.'

Meanwhile, Jay-Z has been showering his daughter with a whole host of expensive gifts.

'Jay-Z bought her diamond earrings and a platinum baby bracelet,' the insider added. 'Even her bottle has pink sapphires on it.'
