Beyonce reveals her post-pregnancy slimming secrets

The star puts it all down to breast-feeding

She unveiled an incredible figure in a Victoria Beckham dress shortly after giving birth to baby Blue Ivy, and now Beyonce has shared her slimming secret.

The singer has revealed that she's managed to shed her post-pregnancy pounds thanks to breast-feeding.

"I lost most of my weight from breast-feeding" says Beyonce "and I encourage women to do it; it's just so good for the baby and good for yourself."

Knowles has admitted watching what she ate but denied exhausting herself with punishing fitness regimes.
"I counted calories. I worked out maybe three to four times a week" she's revealed "I did a lot of walking in the beginning and now I'm running. But I had to work my way up. I couldn't just go right from being pregnant to running".

The star also says that she got ready for delivery with some beauty appointments!
"I did have a fresh eyebrow wax" she continues "I got my nails done, I got my feet done, had my hair done and I had my little lip gloss.

"I didn't feel that I looked beautiful during birth but who does? After being pumped with all those fluids and gaining so much weight, I barely recognised myself. But after many hours of labour I could care less about anything but my child. I didn't care how I looked".
