The cast is older, David Lynch is less edgy and Laura Palmer is still dead, but we need Twin Peaks now more than ever.
JLS to act
The boys from JLS are to team up with James Corden to film a Christmas special for television.
A source has said that Corden will direct the one-hour programme which is expected to feature comedy sketches with the members of JLS acting.
"JLS approached James at the end of his World Cup telly series and asked if he'd be willing to help out on a few sketch ideas they'd had," the source claimed.
They added that "James got his team to refine some of the sketches and come up with a few comedy platinum ideas of their own. Very loosely it'll be Little Britain meets with An Audience With meets You've Been Framed, plus there's going to be a surprise, big-name act singing with the band."
Filming has reportedly already started and is expected to include hidden cameras and special effects in a number of different locations.
Downton Abbey star Jessica Brown Findlay has confessed she has had an eating disorder since she was 14-years-old.
Jake Gyllenhaal is re-teaming with Life director Daniel Espinosa in a drama about an American who joins the war in Syria.
Irreverent comedian Amy Schumer has announced she will no longer star in a live-action Barbie film scheduled for next year.
