Kylie Minogue is going to be awarded an honorary degree for her work promoting breast cancer awareness.
The singer was diagnosed with the disease herself in 2005 and underwent surgery and chemotherapy to beat it.
She'll be made an honourary doctor of health science at Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford tomorrow night (Wednesday 5th).
More than 2,500 students from the university will celebrate their graduation today and tomorrow at the Riverside campus.
Author Jilly Cooper OBE and British Olympic swimmer, Mark Foster, will also be among the 12 recipients of honorary degrees this year.
