The Edge of Glory star was placed in 11th place, which was compiled by Forbes, and thus has been named the 'Most powerful celebrity.'
"It's a title she's made good on both in dollar signs and massive constituency", the magazine said in a statement.
"She raked in $90 million over the past year. In July, Gaga became the first Twitter user to reach 12 million followers... [and] her Facebook page has 36 million fans."
Other notable entries include Oprah Winfrey (14th), Beyoncé (18th) and Angelina Jolie (34th).
No entertainment-based stars made it into the top ten, with German Chancellor Angela Merkel earning top-spot, Hilary Clinton taking second and First Lady Michelle Obama rounding off the top three.
