Robbie Williams on his ego

He claims it's the reason why he won't be in Take That on a full time basis.

Robbie has recently finished Take That's record-breaking Progress Live Tour alongside Gary, Howard Jason and Mark.

The Angels star has already expressed his desire to head on a solo tour, but he's also reflected on his time back with the boys:

"The gigs have been absolutely amazing - the best period of my career so far with those boys", he told The Sun . "Sharing it with somebody is much better than doing it by yourself, but then ego, want, need and a whole heap of other things kick in."

"And you start preparing for your own tour... and the other boys are going away for a bit and I don't really know what's on the cards with them. But we have to ride again, we have to - it's too much fun.

Now that the tour has finished Robbie is planning to take his wife away for a luxury holiday , which will also give him time to reflect and decide what he's going to do next.
