The TV presenter described her first ever parachute jump as "the best day".
The former countdown presenter is proving that life starts after 50 when she unleashed her inner adrenaline junkie by jumping out of a plane.
Jumping with the experts from The Tigers Free Fall Parachute Display Team, Carol, 56, plummeted 12,000ft in a tandem skydive.
Carol was strapped with soldiers from the Princess of Wale's Royal Regiment who pulled the parachute and controlled the landing.
Taking to social media, the maths whizz described her first ever parachute jump as "the best day".
Carol's not exactly been one to shy away from getting older - if anything she's been taking on more challenges!
It was only last year when Carol signed up for ITV's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here, where she took on the first Bushtucker trial with Scarlett Moffatt who went on to win the series.
The pair were nominated by the viewers to participate in the Big Bush Bake Off trial which saw the women tuck into jungle delicacies including chocolate nip cookies which include camel nipples, french knackeroons made of turkey testicles, bum-offee pie (cow anus) and sicktoria sponge (vomit fruit).
Ew, gross! Well, there's growing old glamorous, but as Carol's proving, who's got time for that?
