Pippa Middleton takes part in the 88th Vasaloppet cross country ski marathon in Sweden to raise money for charity
Pippa and her brother James are raising money for the Magic Breakfast charity, which provides a pre-school meal to poor inner-city children in the UK. So far they have raised nearly £7,500 for the cause. The Middletons took part in a cross-country ski race between the towns of Salen and Mora, north-west of Stockholm in Sweden
Pippa Middleton took to her Twitter to promote the race: "My brother and I are raising money for Magic Breakfast, a small registered charity that fights child hunger through breakfast clubs and delivering free breakfasts (bagels, cereal, juice and porridge) to thousands of state primary school children in the UK, particularly our inner cities" she wrote
Pippa has revealed that she trained for only two weeks to compete in the event. She arrived in Sweden a week before the race took place to squeeze in a little bit more practice
Pippa Middleton finished the 88th Vasaloppet cross country ski marathon in 7 hours 13 minutes.
15,800 people took part in the race and Pippa finished in 412th place. Not bad at all!
Pippa is all smiles at the race. The 28 year old skied for 50 miles in sub zero temperatures.
Pippa is a very popular girl and it's been revealed that in many countries she receives more coverage than her famous sister Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge.
