Brooklyn Beckham to follow in daddy's footsteps?

Brooklyn Beckham could become a professional footballer like his dad David after having a trial for Chelsea FC.

14-year-old Brooklyn reportedly had a trial for the London club at their training ground in Cobham on Tuesday.

With his father one of the most successful sportsmen on the planet, Chelsea will be hoping it's a case of 'like father, like son'.

'Brooklyn is like any teenager with an ambition to be a footballer,' a source told MailOnline. 'He has just returned to England and wanted to see how he fared.

'Chelsea are one of the strongest academies in the country. The difference is that he is the son of the former England captain and this will draw attention.'
