Emma Watson drops out of college

The Harry Potter star wants to pursue acting career

Despite deciding she wanted a more ordinary life after the years playing Hermione Granger and enrolling at Brown University in the States, Emma Watson has decided to leave her studies behind.

The 20-year-old is said to having only deferred her degree for the time being, but film offers and advertising deals, like the one she's just signed with French cosmetic company LancĂ´me, may keep the actress away from academia for good.

Watson has received plenty of work offers since completing the Harry Potter franchise.
She recently shot "My Week With Marylin", a film on Marylin Monroe in which she has a small role, and will soon start working on movie "The Perks Of Being A Wallflower".
