Actress won't allow her kids to follow in her footsteps
Jessica Alba has vowed not to let daughter Honor and her soon to be born second baby to start in the entertainment industry until after college.
Alba, whose career started age 12 when she starred in film Camp Nowhere, said that thanks to her work her kids will have better oppurtunities than she did and won't have a need to start working straight away.
"When they're done with college, if they want to get into the arts, that's fine" continued the star.
"I think you will be a better artist the more life experience you have, but I wouldn't encourage them to work in this type of environment as children".
The 30-year-old actress is writing a book on healthy living, set for release in early 2013.
The actress says a second child will make her "truly a mum"
