Jack Sadelstein (Adam Sandler) has it all - or so it seems. He's a successful Los Angeles advertising executive, with a beautiful wife, Erin (Kaite Holmes), and two adorable kids.

But Jack lives in fear of one date in the calendar - Thanksgiving. That's when his twin sister, Jill (ALSO Adam Sandler!) pays her annual visit from New York. Obnoxious, aggressive and attention-seeking, she drives Jack up the wall and turns his life upside down.
