In a bid to maximise the success of her career in the USA, Cheryl has reportedly hired will.i.am as her new manager.
Cole, who has just been confirmed as a judge on the American X Factor feels that the Black Eyed Pea is the best person to help her with her career and has parted ways with long term manager Hilary Shaw.
Shaw will still manage Cheryl's charity foundation and Girls Aloud.
Cole and will.i.am have collaborated on music for a while now and in the process have become good friends.
Will.i.am will oversee Cheryl's career with the aid of his business partner Seth Friedman, reports claim.
