Michael Jackson's jacket to be auctioned

The iconic red and black jacket he wore in Thriller will fetch up to $200,000

The item will be auctioned along a shirt Jackson wore in the "Scream" video, a fedora, a glove and a wig.

The King of Pop signed the jacket and gave it to his costume designers Dennis Tompkins and Michael Bush as a blueprint for future outfits.

The calfskin item is likely to fetch as much as $200,000 with part of the proceedings going to the Shambala Preserve, where Thriller and Sabu, MJ's tigers, have been rehomed since Michael left his Neverland ranch.

The Music Icons auction takes place in Beverly Hills on June 25th and 26th.
