The 'Work' singer couldn't stop from smiling, as she revealed that she will be the latest star to check into Bates Motel as the iconic character of Marion Crane!
The 28-year-old star will be following in the footsteps of Hollywood actress Janet Leigh, who played the role of Marion in Alfred Hitchcock's 1960's horror film, Psycho. The singer-turned-actress is set to appear in the final series of the Hitchcock classic spin-off, Bates Motel, starring Freddie Highmore as Norman Bates.

Sporting a gorgeous florescent yellow floral dress and high bun, the Barbadian beauty addressed Comic-Con fans via a Twitter video in her hotel room, saying ''I am about to check into the Bates Motel very soon... guess what else? Guess who's playing Marion?'
Executive Producers of the hit TV series, Carlton Cuse and Kerry Ehrin confirmed the exciting news during the A&E shows panel in San Diego saying 'We wanted to thrust the iconic role into a contemporary spotlight and redefine it in a meaningful and exciting new way,' before adding, 'We also heard Rihanna was a fan of the show, and we were huge fans of hers, so it was the perfect collision of creativity and fate.'
