Celebs offer support to students
Celebrities are tweeting their support for students finding out their A-Level results.
It's a hugely nerve-racking experience, something that can be compared to your driving test or that dreaded dentist appointment.
Students nationwide will soon be finding out if their grades rubber stamp their place at University or if they have to make a nervous phone call to see if their efforts are good enough.
At such a stressful time, celebrities have been tweeting good luck messages to those holding the brown envelope with anxious looks on their faces.
As far as statistics go, it seems to be another record-breaking year.
Sky News reported that one in 12 exams achieved an A* grade, up 0.1% on last year when they were first introduced. Although the percentage of exams scoring at least an A grade has stalled for the first time in 15 years at 27%, the same as last year.
For the 29th year in a row, the overall pass rate was up, with 97.8% of A-level entries scoring at least an E grade.
