J.K. Rowling case struck out
A claim that J.K. Rowling copied the work of another writer has been struck out of court.
Paul Allen brought the case on behalf of another author who died in 1997. He claimed The Goblet of Fire was lifted from 'Willy the Wizard' by Adrian Jacobs.
Ms Rowling said that was "not only unfounded but absurd".
The case has been struck out after the claimant failed pay security for court costs.
