Lulu & Katie Piper win top awards

Lulu has taken a break from Strictly Come Dancing to pick up a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Women of the Year Lunch and Awards.

The ceremony brought together 400 women, famous and unknown, who were recognised for their personal contribution to society.

Campaigner Katie Piper - who suffered facial burns in a street attack - also won a prize.

Previous Women of the Year Award winners include singer Annie Lennox and Sara Payne.
