Barack Obama says the singer is a great role model for his daughters as A-listers attend a fundraiser for the US President.
Beyonce and Jay-Z played host to a fundraiser for US President Barack Obama in New York and helped raise $4 million for the American leader's re-election campaign.
When Obama took to the stage he joked that his wife Michelle and two daughters Sasha and Malia were upset that they couldn't attend the event before paying the 'Crazy In Love' stars a compliment.
'To J and B, thank you so much for your friendship,' the President declared. 'Beyonce could not be a better role model for my girls.'
