Oscar rules getting tougher

New rules are being brought in to stop vote canvassing after the Oscar nominations come out in January.

Star-studded receptions for films and individual nominees will now be banned.
The run-up to the Academy Awards is typically crowded with countless parties and events aimed at courting awards voters.

There'll also be tougher rules on negative campaigning through social media.
