Michael Douglas thanks estranged wife Catherine Zeta-Jones and his son Cameron in a touching speech after winning an Emmy.
The 68-year-old won outstanding lead actor in a miniseries or movie for his role as Liberace in Steven Soderbergh's Behind the Candelabra.
'Obviously, this picture had special meaning to me,' said the actor as he received his prize.
'One day, I'm dealing with mortality issues regarding my cancer, and the next day, this jewel was handed to me, this beautiful script.'
Douglas revealed in June that he has been cancer clear for two years.
